Refund policy

At Frosic, we want every duvet you purchase to fully meet your expectations and provide complete comfort. If it doesn’t match your bedroom décor or sleep preferences, that’s no problem — our return process is clear and easy, so you can shop with confidence.

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept both defective and non-defective bedding items, as long as they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at support@frosic.com and include your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our address: 100 George St, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia.

Exchanges are also available. If you would like a different size, color, or style, simply mention this when contacting us. We’ll be happy to help you find the right option.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days to complete the transaction.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@frosic.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
