HOW TO USE
Fill a pan with 1/2 litre of water, place it on the heat, and bring it to a boil.
Lightly oil the poaching cups and warm the cups in the pan.
Scoop an egg into each cup, cover the pan, and cook until the desired doneness, between 2-4 minutes.
